WHAT YOU’LL DO 
 
As a Product Enricher, you play a key role in how customers discover and navigate products across H&M’s digital channels. You will ensure that every product is enriched with accurate, complete and SEO-relevant information, helping customers easily find the right product at the right time. Working in our Product Content team, you will own the quality of product attributes, categorization and enrichment data, contributing directly to a seamless customer experience and strong commercial performance. You will work with product information, attribute logic, automatic categorization rules and digital navigation structures, ensuring products are correctly presented across our online platforms.  

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH 
 
You will join a Product Content team based in Borås, collaborating daily with Product Enrichers, Concept Teams, Assortment Teams, PIM Super Users and colleagues across H&M. You will also work closely with teams in Stockholm and be part of a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing, teamwork and continuous learning are encouraged. The team values helping one another, sharing expertise and working together to ensure the highest quality product experience for our customers.

We are looking for people with: 

• Experience as a Product Enricher or from a similar role working with product data.  
• Strong understanding of product enrichment, attribute logic and garment flow. 
• Ability to work confidently in PIM and other enrichment-related systems. 
• Basic SEO knowledge and understanding of how attributes drive search and discovery. 
• Ability to work cross-functionally with clarity, responsibility and customer focus. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
