WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Total Rewards Partner, you are a trusted advisor to leaders and People teams, partnering with the business to deliver and govern Total Rewards (TR). Through your expertise in compensation and benefits, you provide data-driven insights, guidance and recommendations that support business decisions while ensuring global alignment. Working closely with People and global Total Rewards teams, you drive consistent, compliant and competitive reward practices.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Lead the delivery of Total Rewards initiatives across the Sales Market, ensuring alignment between global frameworks and local business needs.
- Lead and coordinate key annual reward processes, including salary reviews, incentive planning, budgeting and market benchmarking.
- Drive reward governance and ensure compliance with global policies, frameworks and local legislation.
- Partner with People and Controlling to deliver accurate reward data, reporting and workforce cost planning.
- Analyse compensation and market data to provide insights and recommendations that support business decisions and continuous improvement.

You will join a newly established People team of passionate professionals, combining both generalist and specialist competencies in one integrated People team. Reporting to the People Manager for H&M Sales Market, you will have a unique opportunity to take part in building and shaping our future ways of working from day one.

WHO YOU ARE
We're looking for a structured and analytical Total Rewards professional who combines deep Compensation & Benefits expertise with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
We are looking for people with…
- You bring solid experience within Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or a similar specialist area.
- You are highly structured and organized, with the ability to manage multiple reward processes, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- You are a trusted advisor who confidently challenges, influences and supports senior leaders in reward-related decisions.
- You have strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- You are an excellent communicator and collaborator who builds strong partnerships across People, Finance and the business.
- You are fluent in in a Scandinavian language and English, both written and spoken.
