Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will drive the Market procurement strategy to secure an efficient, compliant, and future‑ready supplier base, leading sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance management to ensure strong partnerships, consistent compliance, and cost‑efficient, high‑quality operations.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Setting and monitoring procurement goals and KPIs, ensuring strong supplier performance and continuous improvement.
- Securing an efficient Construction & Facilities supplier base that enables expansion, Facility Management service delivery, and drives optimized investments, running costs, and operational efficiency.
- Ensuring the continuous prequalification and onboarding of new suppliers in line with PQQ requirements, maintaining a robust, competitive and compliant contractor network.
- Supporting procurement‑related audits and assessments to ensure they remain accurate and up to date.
- Managing procurement tools and templates, including RFI/RFP and agreement templates, ensuring full compliance with Global Construction & Facilities guidelines
- Providing procurement expertise and guidance to the Construction & Facilities team, supporting tendering processes, supplier negotiations and commercial decision-making.
- Driving and monitoring compliance within the market portfolio, ensuring adherence to maintenance standards, required certifications, company policies and local legal and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate closely with Construction & Facilities teams and Legal as well as with the Global Procurement Strategist.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with...
- A degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Construction, Law or equivalent professional experience
- Procurement certifications are considered an advantage
- At least 3 years of relevant procurement experience in facility and/or construction management; experience in retail is considered an advantage
- Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies is considered an advantage
- Experience working in an international, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and seniority levels
- Strong procurement, negotiation and supplier management skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Advanced Spanish proficiency, both written and spoken
