WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Recruitment Partner, you own and deliver the full recruitment lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and ensuring the attraction, selection and onboarding of top talent through high‑quality, data‑driven and values‑aligned recruitment practices.

You will:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, ensuring expert execution and high‑quality delivery.
• Act as a partner and advisor to hiring managers to ensure expectation alignment and effective communication.
• Build and execute advanced talent‑sourcing strategies to proactively attract top talent and develop pipelines for key roles.
• Enable seamless collaboration across People Lifecycle and Business Functions to support organisational needs.
• Assess and steer the competence assessment process and prepare business interviews and hiring recommendations.
• Prepare, deliver and negotiate job offers; provide feedback to candidates and ensure a smooth handover to pre‑boarding (if applicable).
• Monitor performance KPIs, analyse recruitment data and identify improvement areas across processes and tools.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will collaborate closely with managers and employees across the Sales Market, HR partners, Business Controlling, and functional leadership teams. You will work cross‑functionally to execute people processes, support business needs and ensure consistent HR practices across functions.

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and advisory skills.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools, recruitment systems and data‑driven hiring approaches.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English and Dutsch or English and French
