WHAT YOU’LL DO

Step into a role where your insights drive the business forward.

As a Continent Sales Controller, you will play a key role in shaping performance across our markets by turning data into action and securing the best possible sales outcomes.

You will:

  • Drive and co-lead the end-to-end QCP process, coordinating cross-functional inputs and creating clear, aligned outputs for the continent.
  • Translate financial targets and budget frames into data-driven commercial plans, balancing global priorities with local commercial realities.
  • Monitor in-season performance against QCP, manage variances, and support corrective actions to strengthen follow-through and delivery.
  • Work closely with continent leadership, Sales Market leadership teams, and connected global stakeholders to challenge, validate and prioritize inputs for review and decision-making.
  • Use forecasting, analytics, and hindsight learnings to improve planning accuracy, validate commercial assumptions, and continuously strengthen the quality of planning.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will report to the Head of Controlling (Continent) and be part of the Continent team for Europe in Amsterdam. The team works across diverse markets to drive sustainable, profitable growth by connecting global strategy with local execution and enabling Sales Markets to perform through strong insights, collaboration and financial discipline.

In this role, you will work closely with the new leadership team for Europe, Sales Market leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders across controlling, planning and finance, helping create alignment, clarity and effective execution across the continent.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in financial controlling, commercial planning, or performance management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • A strong track record within controlling, ideally from roles such as Business Controller, Central Controlling, or Logistics Controller.
  • Strong understanding of integrated business planning processes and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization across regional and global levels.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, or other planning and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
