WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Payroll & HR System Specialist you’ll play an important role in ensuring our HR systems and data processes run smoothly, securely and in line with our future direction. You’ll combine technical system knowledge with a service minded approach, supporting the People community and Payroll with high quality data, strong analytics and confident guidance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, understands business logic and is motivated by enabling others to work more effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market, consisting of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary.

You will: 

  • Oversee SuccessFactors and HR systems, ensuring accurate data, smooth processes, and effective support for users.
  • Deliver high‑quality HR reporting and analytics, turning data into clear insights, KPIs, and decision‑making support.
  • Drive continuous improvement by designing analytics solutions, enhancing system workflows, and supporting technical upgrades and/or rollouts.
  • Maintain strong data quality through audits, trend analysis, and proactive risk identification.
  • Support People and Payroll teams with training, communication, and expert guidance on system updates and best practices. 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As Payroll & HR System Specialist, you’ll be part of our People Team that’s responsible for local recruitment, employee development, equal opportunity policies, open communication, and employee relations, while managing the balance of coordination and control that supports the company’s strategic goals. You’ll help colleagues make informed, data driven decisions by providing reliable insights, identifying trends and supporting continuous improvement across our HR processes.

You’ll collaborate with HR Partners and leaders across local and regional functions, People Insights Specialists, Data Analysts, as well as vendor partners and technical teams in cyber security and AI/AD, alongside legal and compliance teams. Together, you’ll turn people and data needs into clear, usable and trusted solutions that create business value. 
 
WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for people with... 

  • Several years of experience working as a Data Analyst, HR Analyst or in a similar analytical or systems-focused role (SuccessFactors is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets. 
  • Solid and hands-on experience creating dashboards and visualizations in tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar. 
  • Ability to translate business needs into analytical questions and practical recommendations.
  • Clear communication skills, with confidence working across business and technical teams.
  • Fluency in English and Czech (written & verbal).

  • Strong in problem-solving with an ability to frame business issues and needs into analytical questions and translate findings into practical recommendations in a structured and detail-oriented way.
  • Hands-on in discovery, using dialogue, feedback and insight to understand needs. 
  • Clear communicators with the ability to simplify complex system topics for different audiences who works efficiently across business and technical teams. 
  • Comfortable taking ownership of data, identifying patterns and proactively surfacing insights and opportunities. 
  • Ethical when handling sensitive information.
  • Service minded with a genuine interest in supporting others.
