Quality Technologist (Production Office) - India, Delhi

Job Description
- responsible for constantly improve our quality (product and facility) and empower suppliers to continuously deliver COS product quality in line with our vision to disrupt luxury.
- Feed suppliers COS quality foundation (making standards, production ‘know how’ etc) as well as COS future quality direction.
- Empower suppliers according to self-reliance strategy (from sample development to bulk production)
- Support suppliers to develop their production capability according to COS needs.
- Product Quality ownership, end-to-end (sample to bulk to customer use)
- Perform inline and end of line quality inspections as needed (e.g. cross check, VIP orders etc)
- Co-executing market development plans, supplier strategy and product strategy with Quality Manager, Global Merchandising Senior Manager, Global Merchandising Manager.
- Monitor and manage product and supplier performance. Incl unleash strengths of suppliers, supplier capacity development and assess suppliers' performance. Coach and develop our partners
- Proactively ensure understanding of COS current state and future direction and actively contributes to get us there.
- Being a COS Brand quality ambassador that lives and breathes COS Quality Guideline Principles (Longevity, Premium Making, Innovative Material and solutions, considered details)

Additional Information
This is a full-time position based in Delhi, reporting to the Quality Manager. The position requires high intensity to travel between factories and suppliers within India.
