Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Sales Market Sales Controller, you will maximize profitable selling by driving accurate sales budgeting, forecasting and performance follow‑up across store and e‑commerce channels. You will provide actionable financial insights, support the QCP process, ensure transparency of cost impacts and partner closely with Commercial, Expansion and People teams to support strong, well‑aligned business decisions. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market Poland, consisting of Poland and Ukraine.
You will:
- Set and follow up sales budgets, forecasts and sales plans across store and e‑commerce channels, including daily sold equation targets.
- Analyse sales trends across both channels and continuously update baseline assumptions for sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team within the QCP process to ensure strong alignment between sales planning and demand plans.
- Translate agreed QCP actions into quantified sales forecasts and clearly reflected financial impacts.
- Provide actionable financial insights to drive commercial decisions, operational efficiency and improved trading outcomes.
- Create transparency around cost impacts such as shop salary costs and logistics costs to support ROI‑based decision‑making.
- Support evaluation of commercial initiatives by providing reliable scenario analyses and financial modelling.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls and governance frameworks.

As a Sales Market Sales Controller, you will work closely with the Commercial team, Sales Market leadership, Expansion and People functions. You will act as a finance business partner across functions, enabling transparency, alignment and strong commercial execution.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in financial controlling, planning or FP&A, preferably within retail or a multi‑channel environment.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, seasonality and sales performance drivers.
- Experience working with P&L management, OPEX control and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial planning or BI tools such as Power BI.
- The ability to balance commercial and financial perspectives when supporting business decisions.
- Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.

This is a full-time role based on a local contract in Warsaw. The Sales Market Sales Controller reports to Controlling Manager.
