Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Expansion Controller, you set and implement controlling routines, ensure accurate and transparent financial follow-up, and support the Expansion team with clear, actionable data insights.
- Implement controlling routines within the Expansion function, translating Sales Market targets into clear goals for Leasing and C&F
- Own the local budget and forecasting process for Leasing and C&F, securing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for Capex and Opex
- Take ownership of relevant market data, monitoring sales, surplus, operational costs, and Capex spend, turning trends into clear, actionable recommendations
- Partner with Leasing, C&F, and Expansion colleagues to support KPI analysis and financial decision-making
- Drive Expansion Audit preparation and follow-up work for the Sales Market, ensuring financial transparency and clear ownership of responsibilities
- Support the Expansion Manager and team by connecting financial data to day-to-day decisions on store openings, rent, and portfolio performance
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll work closely with the Expansion Manager and Expansion team, partnering with Lease Manager, Lease Administrator, Accounting, and the Sales Market Controllers on budgets, forecasts, and business case preparation.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people who…
- Have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, with an advanced level of English both written and spoken
- Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in controlling or financial/business analysis, preferably within the retail industry
- Have strong understanding of financial analysis and controlling processes, with a track record of turning numbers into clear, actionable business recommendations, not just accurate reporting
- Are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power BI) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
