Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and performance of our physical security solutions across our stores and offices ensuring they meet global standards and support safe, efficient operations.
 
Your key responsibilities include: 

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize all security systems (e.g. CCTV & video surveillance systems, antennas, tagging systems, access control systems, alarm systems, cash-handling solutions)
  • Ensure all systems operate in line with global guidelines, set security standards and local regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate the installation, upgrades, and lifecycle management of equipment across the market
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, access permissions, maintenance records, and incident logs
  • Report performance metrics, system issues, and risk insights to global Asset Protection team
  • Manage relationships with external security integrators, service providers, and contractors, ensuring high performance and cost effectiveness
  • Conduct security systems risk assessments across stores and facilities
  • Run procurement activities, including vendor relationship management, budgeting, and cost follow-up
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure full functionality and compliance with local regulations

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work closely with Store Teams, the IT and Facilities departments, as well as the Global Asset Protection Team. You will also collaborate with global counterparts, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Relevant certifications are a plus, such as: Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), Manufacturer certifications for CCTV, EAS, or access control systems.
  • 2+ years of experience working with physical security systems in a retail, logistics, or corporate environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of CCTV, alarms, EAS, access control, and related infrastructure.
  • Experience managing external vendors and service providers.
  • Familiarity with global retail security standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian (written/spoken)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION  
The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position starts from €32.000. The final offer will be determined based on professional experience, skills, and specific qualifications.
