WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Senior Application Expert for the O9 Supply Chain Planning Modules, you will play a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and evolving the application with a focus on retail replenishment optimization across the supply chain.
You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing replenishment processes within the O9 platform, ensuring efficient inventory planning and automated replenishment across stores and distribution centres. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into scalable solutions that improve product availability, reduce excess inventory, and enable data-driven decision-making.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to global product rollouts, template standardization, and the continuous evolution of replenishment capabilities within a modern supply chain planning landscape.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Experts, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and other subject matter experts to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional expert for the O9 Supply Chain Planning Modules, with a focus on replenishment processes.
- Design, configure, and optimize supply chain planning solutions, including inventory optimization, planning parameters, and replenishment processes where applicable.
- Configure replenishment parameters such as safety stock, reorder points, service levels, and other inventory planning settings.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Support solution testing, defect resolution, and quality assurance activities throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Contribute to global template development, standardization initiatives, and rollout of replenishment capabilities across regions.
- Drive continuous improvements by identifying opportunities to optimize replenishment processes and system capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver effective supply chain solutions.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will join a cross-functional product team responsible for the Allocation & Replenishment capability within the Supply Chain domain.
The team's mission is to enable data-driven allocation and replenishment processes that maximize product availability, improve sell-through, and optimize inventory investment across stores, distribution centres, and digital channels.
You will work in an Agile environment alongside Product Managers, Application Experts, Software Engineers, Business Experts, Data Scientists, and other supply chain specialists to continuously enhance the product and deliver business value.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Must have: Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting the O9 Solutions platform.
- 6+ years of experience implementing and configuring O9 with expertise in one or more planning modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning etc.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including forecasting, inventory optimization, planning processes, and replenishment concepts (preferred)
- Experience working with o9 integration frameworks, including APIs, data ingestion pipelines, and integration with enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of master data management, transactional data, and data modelling within the o9 platform.
- Experience integrating with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/Azure, particularly for data access and processing, is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
