Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Commercial Lead, you partner with the Commercial Manager to drive and plan the omni-sales commercial agenda, ensuring the alignment and coordination across all commercial functions.
You will:
- Drive the omni‑sales commercial agenda for your customer group(s), aligning plans with the Commercial Manager
- Provide input to Quarterly Commercial Planning (QCP) and sales plans, including demand planning, pricing, and product strategy across channels
- Analyze sales and demand forecasts, follow up on performance, and take actions to drive in‑season results
- Secure strong commercial execution by planning campaigns, product exposure, assortment, and priorities across channels
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. E‑Com, VM, Customer Activation) to align execution and improve performance
- Conduct store and site follow-ups to gather insights, optimize actions, and share best practices
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You’ll work closely with the Commercial Manager and partner with cross-functional teams including E‑Com, Visual Merchandising, Customer Activation, and global counterparts to ensure aligned and high-performing commercial execution.
This role will be reporting to the Commercial Manager.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people who…
- Have a degree in Business, Economics, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in fashion e-Commerce or retail merchandising role, ideally across both
- Bring strong experience in merchandising, commercial planning, and/or e‑commerce
- Have strong analytical skills and understand how to act on sales data and commercial KPIs
- Are confident in planning, prioritisation, and driving actions based on insights
