Job Description
The Site Specialist drives a commercial, seamless and inspiring online customer experience within your concept at all times. By leveraging customer behavior insights and data analysis, identify opportunities and take proactive actions to boost sales, engagement and conversion.
What you will do:
- Own and drive sales for your concept and assigned projects, maximising commercial performance
- Deliver a seamless and inspiring customer experience aligned with the brand, supporting both short- and long-term results
- Plan, update and optimise all relevant touchpoints across site to improve on-site KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure relevant, high-quality and commercial content across all customer touchpoints
- Act as the digital advocate for your concept, driving cross-functional collaboration and sharing insights on customer behaviour, trends and opportunities
- Drive continuous on-site development for your concept in close partnership with the tech team

What you need to succeed :

- Fashion awareness and trend sensitivity
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital systems is an advantage (e.g. Storyblok, Voyado / Elevate, Centra)
- Experience with analytics tools is a plus (e.g. Power BI, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Data Studio)

This is a 11 MONTHS Temporary contract based at our Head Office in Stockholm.
