Job Description

As a Channel Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving profitable digital growth within the Japan & Australia market. You will be at the forefront of developing and executing optimized, channel-specific strategies that align with commercial goals and brand direction. With a strong focus on performance and innovation, you will take ownership of digital marketing campaigns—from planning to execution—across your dedicated channels.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with regional teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners to ensure strategic alignment, effective communication, and impactful delivery. Your work will directly contribute to improving traffic, conversion, and revenue, while ensuring a strong and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.

The Channel Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the Digital Marketing Manager.

What you will do:

  • Improve and implement digital channel strategies tailored to the Japan market.
  • Manage campaigns across PPC, social media 
  • Analyze performance data to optimize traffic, conversion, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (PR, merchandising, creative) to align with the commercial plan. Partnering with external DX team and agencies. 
  • Manage and report on channel budgets and KPIs using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Brief creative needs based on insights and ensure brand consistency.
  • Educate and communicate the value of digital efforts to internal stakeholders.

What you need to succeed

  • Experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of digital media performance and key marketing metrics (e.g. CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS), with the ability to interpret performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  •  
  • Strong sense of ownership over paid media performance, with the confidence to manage agency relationships, lead day-to-day campaign discussions, and challenge recommendations where appropriate.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies. Agency experience is advantageous.(if just agency experience but without in house experience is this okay)
  • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), with a good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or other paid media platforms.
  • Structured, proactive and results-oriented, with a customer-first mindset and an interest in fashion and retail.
  • Business English proficiency level
