As a Product Designer in Knitwear, you will transform creative concepts into outstanding products that align with our brand identity and meet customer expectations. You’ll combine design expertise with technical knowledge to deliver collections that are both innovative and commercially relevant.

Your Responsibilities:

What you will do…

  • Design and develop products for seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and creative vision
  • Translate trends into key silhouettes, fabrics, colours, and details
  • Identify yarns, colours, silhouettes and details that are in line with set seasonal trend and design direction. Plan a coordinated assortment with focus on new, relevant and commercial products
  • Participate in fittings and ensure garments meet our high standards of silhouette and design with the right timing, following up closely throughout the development process
  • Conduct ongoing research and analysis of fashion trends, customer behaviour, and market movements
  • Take ownership of timelines and drive the design process forward with initiative and creativity
  • Contribute to assortment creation and curation, ensuring collections are commercially viable and aligned with growth and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate closely with design leads, print, buyer, and production teams to deliver cohesive collections.
  • Provide informal leadership, leading and developing Junior Designers. Confidently communicate your design and product presentation in a clear, compelling, and inspiring way

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

 You will collaborate daily with Designers, Product Developers, Atelier Designers and the wider Assortment and Buying teams. You’ll be part of a design team of around 15 within a broader group of approximately 25 colleagues, working closely to shape a cohesive knitwear offer.

In this collaborative environment, you’ll share ideas, build on team expertise and work with internal partners and external suppliers to develop high-quality, commercially relevant products from concept through to final delivery.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

  • Degree in Fashion Design or a related field 
  • Proven experience in knitwear design within a fashion retail environment 
  • Strong technical knowledge of knitwear construction, including yarns, gauges, and knitting techniques (e.g. fully fashioned, circular knit, jacquard) 
  • Solid understanding of garment construction, materials, and product development processes 
  • Experience in building and developing commercial assortments in line with brand direction 
  • Strong ability to research, interpret, and apply trends within a retail context 
  • High level of design sensibility aligned with brand aesthetics 
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) 
  • Confident in working cross-functionally with buying, production, and suppliers 
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

This is a full-time permanent position based at our Head Office in Stockholm.
