WHAT YOU’LL DO
At the heart of every great customer experience is a seamless supply chain. We’re looking for a Transport & Trade Procurement Expert (APAC) to help us unlock smarter, more sustainable ways of moving our products in the APAC countries.
As a Transport & Trade Procurement Expert, you will lead end-to-end procurement across a diverse and dynamic APAC (Australia, New Zealand, the Greater China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, India).
You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to secure the right suppliers, optimize contracts, and drive value — while enabling efficient, resilient, and more sustainable logistics operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, from requirement definition to contract finalization.
- Translate business needs into sourcing strategies aligned with category, cost, and sustainability targets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate suppliers, shape solutions, and support decision-making.
- Drive impactful negotiations and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
- Present sourcing recommendations and influence key decisions.
- Ensure compliance with governance, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and supplier performance management.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational excellence and sustainability impact.

Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone who is …
- Strong experience in logistics procurement and complex negotiations
- Deep understanding of transport sourcing, supplier management, and compliance standards
- Ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Solid analytical and financial skills with a focus on value creation
- Experience in multi-market or APAC sourcing environments
- A structured yet flexible approach with a drive for continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly
- Additional languages such as Japanese or Korean are a plus
