WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Controlling Manager, you are responsible for driving financial transparency, performance management and long‑term value creation across your scope. You have full financial ownership of the Sales Market P&L across both stores and omni channels, ensuring strong performance steering and cost control. You support the business in making sound commercial decisions that drive sustainable growth across the market.
You will:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Controllers and Specialists.
- Act as a strong finance partner to commercial and functional stakeholders.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and follow‑up cycles across the region.
- Translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Ensure governance, compliance and consistency in financial processes.
- Identify financial risks early and act as a key point of contact for audits and compliance.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, business cases and investment decisions.
- Continuously improving ways of working, tools and reporting.
- Build an open, inclusive and high‑performing team culture.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role, you partner closely with Sales Market and commercial leaders as a trusted finance partner across the organisation. You work across the full omni landscape, collaborating with store, digital and functional teams to ensure aligned financial planning and follow‑up. You also collaborate with Finance colleagues across Controlling, Accounting and Reporting, as well as with HR, Operations and Global Finance teams. At the core of the role is leading and developing your team of Business Controllers and Specialists, while fostering an open, inclusive and high‑performing team environment.
WHO YOU ARE

- A university degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a similar field.
- Solid experience in controlling, finance or business performance management.
- Proven experience in leading, coaching and developing teams.

- Commercially minded and comfortable acting as a trusted finance partner to the business.
- Confident in challenging decisions and navigating ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment.
