As the Omni Merchandising Manager for NEA, you will shape and lead the end‑to‑end omni‑channel merchandising strategy across retail, e‑commerce, and marketplace platforms. You will oversee and develop a high‑performing team of Omni Merchandisers, ensuring cohesive execution that drives commercial results across all customer touchpoints.
In this role, you will partner closely with digital, sales, planning, and visual merchandising teams to deliver data‑driven assortment and trading decisions. You will also serve as a key regional representative to global assortment teams, influencing and optimizing the global product offering to meet the needs of the NEA market.
What you will do:
Regional Expert: You will stay closely connected to customer and market demand, acting as the regional expert on product needs, trends, quality, pricing and competition. By analyzing key product data, visiting stores and digital channels, and monitoring execution, you’ll provide actionable insights and ensure all commercial priorities and information are clearly communicated to your regional and global counterparts.
Driving Profitable Sales: You will maximize both short- and long-term profitable growth for the concept by adapting and executing the global assortment strategy to regional needs. This includes defining key must wins, influencing pricing, quantities and product lifecycle decisions, and optimizing the commercial product offer across all channels. You will identify regional sales opportunities and risks, set clear commercial priorities, localize price positions for each country, and ensure the global product strategy is effectively implemented to drive strong net selling. Stock to Sales and commercial impact.
In and Post Season Inventory Management: You will set stock‑freshness targets and drive key in‑season and post‑season inventory actions to maximisecommercial impact. This includes shaping the strategy for priority product categories across all channels andstore segments, following up on size availability and commercial performance, and defining the productactivation approach throughout and after the season.
Lead & develop your team: You will lead and coach teams to drive high performance, nurturing talent to build a strong and diverse organisation. By fostering collaboration across channels and contributing strategic insights to global and regional partners, you’ll strengthen alignment and support seamless commercial decision‑making.

Leadership: The ability to Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and develop teams to achieve high performance. Brings the capability to set clear direction, make effective decisions while fostering a positive, accountable, and growth‑oriented culture.
Additional Information
This is a full‑time role based in Seoul, South Korea, reporting to the Head of Merchandising APAC based in Singapore. The position requires a presence in the office 4 days a week, and candidates must already have the right to live and work in South Korea.
