As Marketing Manager for ARKET Korea, you will own end-to-end customer communication and marketing strategy in Korea, spanning PR, paid and organic digital marketing, e-commerce, and retail store activations. Working closely with Global Marketing teams and local stakeholders, you will localize global strategies, lead performance-driven digital initiatives, and build powerful brand moments- online and offline.

Your mission is to drive traffic and sales across e-commerce and physical stores, while strengthening brand awareness, relevance, and long-term customer engagement in the Korea market.

You are both strategic and hands-on, with strong commercial acumen, a passion for fashion and retail, and deep understanding of Korea’s digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute integrated, full‑funnel marketing strategies to drive growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness across all channels.
  • Ensure strong alignment between global brand strategy and local market execution.

2. Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Own performance marketing and digital analytics, defining KPIs and leveraging data, attribution, and insights (GA-based) to continuously optimize results

3. E-commerce & Traffic Quality

  • Lead e-commerce marketing planning, including campaign launches and a mid‑ to long‑term growth roadmap.
  • Drive high-quality, conversion‑focused traffic while overseeing digital assets and content execution.

4. Paid Media Strategy

  • Develop and manage full‑funnel paid media strategies, optimizing budget allocation across brand-building and performance channels.

5. Content & Owned Media

  • Localize global content for the Korean market and manage a structured content calendar.
  • Own and grow owned channels (e.g. Kakao, newsletters) to strengthen loyalty and brand advocacy.

6. PR & Brand Building

  • Lead PR strategy with global teams and local agencies to build brand awareness and preference.
  • Develop influencer, celebrity, and Friends & Family seeding strategies, and execute offline events and activations to drive engagement and sales.

7.  Search / SEM

  • Plan and manage paid search strategies to capture high-intent demand, with clear KPI setting and performance tracking.

8.  Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, MD, eCommerce, Retail, and Global teams to align campaigns, promotions, and integrated execution.

9.  Retail & Store Marketing

  • Plan and deliver store-level marketing initiatives and activations to drive footfall and sales.

  • Strong business acumen, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and adaptable mindset in a fast‑paced environment.
