WHAT YOU’LL DO​​

As a Health & Safety Specialist, you support the Health & Safety Manager in ensuring safe and compliant operations across the market. You contribute to a safe working and shopping environment while supporting effective daily operations.​

You work proactively, collaborate across functions, and translate Health & Safety regulations and standards into clear and practical routines.​​

You will:​

• Support the implementation of Health & Safety routines, risk assessments, and preventive measures in line with local legislation and H&M standards​
• Conduct store visits, audits, and workplace inspections to ensure compliance​
• Deliver safety training and strengthen H&S awareness across stores and functions​
• Collect, analyze, and report H&S data to support continuous improvement​
• Support crisis management and business continuity activities when required​
• 도급·용역 및 외주 작업을 포함한 Health & Safety 관리 체계 운영 (위험성 평가, 안전조치 확인, 관련 법규 및 H&M 기준 준수 관리)​
• 국내 법규 및 H&M Health & Safety 기준에 따른 Health & Safety 루틴, 위험성 평가(Risk Assessment), 예방 조치 이행 지원​
• 매장 방문, 감사(Audit), 작업환경 점검을 통한 컴플라이언스 확인​
• 안전 교육 실시 및 매장·오피스 전반의 Health & Safety 인식 강화​
• Health & Safety 데이터 수집·분석·리포트 및 필요 시 위기 대응(Crisis Management) 및 비즈니스 연속성(Business Continuity) 활동 지원

You will work closely with Store Operations, Facilities, Security, HR, Business Controlling, and Global/Regional H&S teams to secure safe and compliant operations across the market.​

This role reports to the Health & Safety Manager.​

WHO YOU ARE​​

We are looking for people with…​ ​

• Clear communication skills and the ability to influence others​
• Structured and analytical thinking​
• Confidence using digital tools (e.g. Office 365, reporting platforms)​
• Business-level English proficiency
• Certified Industrial Safety Engineer or Industrial Safety Technician, meeting the legal requirements to be appointed as a Safety Manager
