Quality Product Technologist

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Quality Product Technologist, you play a vital role in transforming design ideas into high‑quality products that customers love and trust. You ensure excellence at every step—combining strong technical expertise with a proactive, solution‑driven mindset.

• Champion H&M’s brand quality standards throughout the entire product lifecycle, from early development to the final customer experience.
• Secure product fit, conduct technical risk assessments, and optimize consumption at sample stage, working across different product sample workflows within the Woven and Denim production group.
• Act proactively to identify and mitigate quality risks early, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills while ensuring timely business delivery.
• Perform on‑site quality inspections at factory level and collaborate closely with suppliers. This role includes regular business travel.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer expectations and translate them into clear quality requirements for our suppliers, while supporting the continuous development of their quality capabilities.
• Monitor supplier performance and lead governance follow‑ups to drive continuous improvement and accountability.

What is Production? It's the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.

• Experience in womenswear and/or menswear, with a focus on woven and denim, is considered a strong advantage.
