WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Security Specialist, you are responsible for supporting a safe and secure environment for all employees, visitors, and company assets across all offices in your region. You help enforce security protocols, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible and professional presence at the office. You lead the implementation of global security policies, manage risk, and support business continuity through strong governance and collaboration.

What is Production? It's the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.

WHO YOU ARE​

We are looking for people to …​

  • Respond to emergencies and incidents such as medical issues, fire alarms, or security threats
  • Patrol the office area regularly to identify and report risks, hazards, or violations
  • Lead the implementation and follow-up of global and local security and safety policies across the region, communicate across functions in the Bangladesh and Pakistan office
  • Monitor compliance and proactively address risks, incidents, and safety concerns
  • Work closely with country operations and business teams to ensure safety and security
  • Support Country Management in setting and achieving regional security goals and action plans
  • Act as the regional point of contact for all security initiatives, investigations, and reporting
  • Work closely with all support functions and provide necessary support in both small- and large-scale projects to improve operations and streamline procedures
  • Support the daily office operations, vendor management, sample management, event management, expatriate administration

AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE

  • Academic background from any discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of similar working experience in multinational company
  • Ability to embody the code of ethics and safety/security practices in the office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill in English
  • Collaboration skill; setting examples for other coworkers to follow
  • Problem Solving and Critical Thinking skills
