Job Description
As a Website Specialist, you contribute to digital profitable growth in your sales market, playing a critical role in securing the end to-end digital experience of our customers that drives brand perception, sales growth, and profitability.
In this role, you are responsible for the end-to-end functionality of our owned digital transactional channels, driving seamless customer journey by supporting in securing that our technical platforms are enabling our commercial plans and customer offer.
Key Responsibilities
Results –
- Ensure seamless website operations across all owned digital channels by monitoring performance, reporting regularly, benchmarking against competitors and identifying actionable insights.
- Secure commercial readiness by leading technical preparation for global and local campaigns, ensuring product availability, full enrichment and shoppability for new launches.
- Drive optimisation and conversion through A/B testing, improving site functionality and managing incidents, disturbances and changes with clear prioritisation and stakeholder visibility.
- Safeguard digital product integrity by approving site changes, tracking post‑release performance and contributing to a supportive, people‑first team culture aligned with annual HR goals.
Teams
- Support strategic alignment and leadership by reporting to the Regional Head of E‑Commerce and ensuring transparent communication on project progress, priorities and decisions.
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration with Digital Experience, Ecommerce Operations, CRM and other partners to define project scope, align ways of working and set priorities that strengthen selling and the customer experience.
- Translate business needs into technical action by coordinating with technical teams, helping to execute the digital roadmap and implementing new features that support both short‑ and long‑term strategy.
- Contribute to commercial and customer‑centric outcomes by supporting site updates, campaign activities, A/B testing and the development of a seamless customer journey within the regional e‑commerce team.

- Support innovation and operational excellence by staying informed on industry best practice, resolving technical issues in partnership with relevant teams and maintaining a focus on quality.

What you need to succeed
- Digital commerce operations: Experience managing .com, mobile and app platforms, with strong technical understanding of ecommerce systems, checkout flows and incident, risk and change management.
- Analytics and performance optimisation: Skilled in web analytics, KPI tracking and insight interpretation using tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI and Looker Studio, with experience in A/B testing and experimentation (e.g. Optimizely).
- Conversion and customer experience optimisation: Proven ability to drive conversion rate optimisation, map customer journeys and enhance end‑to‑end digital experiences across channels.
- Project and cross‑functional delivery: Strong project and delivery management skills (e.g. Asana), able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams to implement new features, digital enhancements and continuous improvements
