WHAT YOU’LL DO
Are you curious about how technology is transforming apparel manufacturing at a global scale? Do you want to explore how data, IT systems, and digital tools shape more efficient and sustainable production? At H&M Production PP&TD, we don’t just produce garments — we build value through innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across our global supplier network.
As an Intern within PP&TD, you will support initiatives focused on mapping and understanding the IT and digital capabilities of our Tier 1 suppliers. This is your opportunity to gain real‑world exposure to sourcing, production, and digital transformation in one of the world’s largest fashion value chains.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Collect and structure data from manufacturing units related to IT infrastructure and digital tools (ERP, PLM, automation systems, etc.)
- Support surveys and interviews with suppliers to assess technology maturity and digital readiness
- Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in IT adoption across suppliers
- Prepare clear reports, summaries, and basic dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Assist in building benchmarking frameworks to compare supplier IT capabilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on ongoing digital transformation and production development projects
