WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Leadership Development Specialist you will play a crucial role in transforming our global leadership strategy into scalable and highquality development experiences that strengthen capability across regions, functions and leadership levels. Operating at global scale, you will ensure seamless coordination, consistent execution and continuous improvement of our leadership development portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the design, development and refinement of global leadership programmes, tools and frameworks aligned with our leadership strategy
  • Shaping learning journeys and development experiences that enable leaders at different levels to grow and perform
  • Coordinating timelines, communication flows and logistics for global initiatives including workshops, virtual sessions and structured learning programmes
  • Ensuring highquality execution by aligning stakeholders, materials and delivery plans across regions and functions
  • Creating toolkits, facilitation guides and enablement resources that help HR teams and specialist partners deliver consistently
  • Providing clear guidance to leaders and managers on the use and application of leadership development offers
  • Supporting alignment by contributing to communities of practice, stakeholder forums and global updates
  • Gathering, tracking and analysing data to evaluate participation, adoption and impact and translating insights into actionable improvements

 

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work closely with the Leadership and Talent Expert and collaborate with colleagues across Development and Transitions, regional HR teams, Talent and Digital. You will be part of a crossfunctional environment where clarity, partnership and shared direction are essential to success.

 

WHO YOU ARE

You are structured, collaborative and driven by enabling leaders to grow and succeed. You bring strong coordination skills, the ability to build trust with stakeholders and a solid understanding of how impactful leadership development is designed and delivered across a global organisation.

We believe you have:

  • 2+ years of experience working with leadership development, learning design, talent development or similar HR development roles in a global or complex organisation
  • Experience supporting or delivering leadership programmes, learning initiatives or capability building activities
  • Strong coordination skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines and deliverables at the same time
  • A structured and detail-oriented approach combined with the ability to understand the broader strategic context
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to create alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Experience working with leadership frameworks, facilitation materials or enablement models is an advantage
  • A curious and improvement focused mindset using data, feedback and insights to refine programmes and ways of working
  • Confidence in constructively challenging and asking questions to strengthen quality, alignment and impact
