DC Systems Specialist – full-time – permanent
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Distribution Centre (DC) Systems Specialist, together with your team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting critical DC systems, ensuring stable performance and seamless operations at our new DC in Cheb, Karlovy Vary Region, Czechia. With the DC scheduled to open in the second half of 2026, you will play a key role in the successful launch and ongoing operation of this state‑of‑the‑art facility. Spanning nearly 250,000 sqm, it will be the largest and most highly automated distribution centre in our global network. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support DC systems implementation and maintenance to ensure stable daily operations.
- Provide user training and first‑level technical support for system updates and new functionalities.
- Monitor, maintain, and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications.
- Coordinate and execute system upgrades, patches, and minor configuration changes.
- Support and monitor WMS, WCS, and PLC systems, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved on time.
- Participate in incident management, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Work closely with IT and operations teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Coordinate system releases and planned downtime with stakeholders.
- Ensure correct user access, permissions, and basic system security controls.

Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE

- Relevant education and/or previous experience in IT, systems support, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with DC systems, including WMS, WCS, and supporting systems.
- A proactive, solution‑oriented approach to troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- The ability to quickly learn new system functionalities and share that knowledge clearly and effectively.
- Strong experience in coaching, training, and supporting users.
- Business‑fluent Czech and English.
