Job Description

As a Junior Buyer, you will actively support the Buyer in driving growth, profitability, and product development across categories. You’ll be involved in the full buying process, from planning and quantification to product development and order placement, always with our customer and brand vision in mind. 

Your Responsibilities: 

What you will do: 

  • Contribute to the product range based on visual goals, sales performance, and customer insights.  
  • Sample handling and fitting sessions. 
  • Communication with production offices. 
  • Support order placement and follow-up. 
  • Support quantification and budget planning. 
  • Conduct sales analysis and suggest actions based on insights.  
  • Stay updated on trends, prices, and competitors and share relevant findings with the team.  
  • Help ensure timelines and deadlines are met across the buying process.

You will collaborate closely with the Buyer, Designers, and Business Controller, as well as our Production Offices. You’ll be part of a small but dynamic team of, working cross-functionally to deliver unbeatable customer value. 

WHO YOU ARE  

We are looking for people with… 

  • Experience from retail and/or a buying, planning or product development role within fashion. 
  • Basic knowledge of materials and product construction. 
  • Good English communication skills. 
  • Education within buying, planning or product development is a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

This is a full time temporary contract for one year based at our Head Office in Stockolm Sweden
