Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Contribute specialist, you will be responsible for supporting designated segments within the region by driving Talent Management, Performance Management and Leadership activities. It ensures the effective rollout of key tools and processes, and develops an implementation strategy tailored to regional priorities and evolving business needs.

  • Implement and adapt Talent Management (TM), Performance Management and Leadership tools and processes to shape a regionally relevant Contribution strategy aligned with business plans, while contributing insights to the global direction.
  • Guide regional business leaders to champion a talent-focused culture, rooted in H&M Group’s values, leadership expectations, and TM principles.
  • Oversee the execution of talent identification and succession planning for key regional roles, ensuring robust talent pipelines and future leadership readiness.
  • Tailor global Ways of Working, career paths, and best practices to meet local needs, and support setting regional talent KPIs and engagement strategies.
  • Partner closely with business leaders, regional teams, and the global Talent Management Community to deliver impactful initiatives and foster internal mobility.

 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As Contribute specialist, you’ll work closely with Sales HR, Area HRBPs and other regional specialist to build a future-ready talent pipeline through a values-driven and business-aligned Talent Management strategy.

​The working location will be one of the offices in East Asia and this role will be reporting to Regional Contribute Partner.​
