    This is a unique opportunity to combine your analytical skills with your passion for sustainability. You’ll work with data from our global logistics network to uncover insights that guide key decisions and help us reach our sustainability goals.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Leading data quality investigations and driving improvements
    • Supporting global teams with reporting structures and validation routines
    • Performing deep-dive analysis to support ad-hoc requests
    • Managing cross-functional and cross-regional projects
    • Supporting training and knowledge sharing across Logistics
    • Collaborating with our Group Sustainability department
    • Staying on top of trends, best practices, and innovations in sustainability and analytics
    • Identifying opportunities to optimize our logistics network with sustainability in mind
    • Owning and developing our Business Intelligence tools and reporting solutions
    • Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights

    Who you are:

    You’re curious, collaborative, and driven by purpose. You bring:

    • 2+ years of experience in Business/Data Analysis, Sustainability, Strategy or similar
    • A degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences or Statistics
    • A strong interest in sustainability, strategy, and data modeling
    • Experience with carbon emissions reporting
    • Advanced Excel skills and a passion for Power BI or Power Apps
    • Strong communication skills and a knack for storytelling with data
    • Fluent English, both written and spoken
    • Experience in retail or supply chain is a plus
