WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop integrations that simplify and accelerate the onboarding of new domains onto our Edge Proxy/CDN and vendor CDNs.

• Collaborate closely with Product Teams, developers, and operations to implement best practices for performance, security, and scalability.

• Guide engineering and operations teams in building custom solutions to meet business requirements on the Proxy/CDN.

• Troubleshoot issues across HTTP lifecycle, DNS, SSL, and related network protocols using tools like curl, dig, tcpdump.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture guides, and training materials.

• Champion a DevOps mindset by driving automation, monitoring, and end-to-end ownership of CDN services.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be part of a small, cross-functional Business Tech team at H&M Group. You’ll collaborate with developers, operations engineers, security analysts, and product owners. Together, you’ll ensure a world-class digital shopping experience by improving performance, resilience, and security across our CDN platforms.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

• 3+ years of professional experience, including 1+ year of hands-on CDN management.

• Strong knowledge of CDN architecture, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, SSL, DNS, and TCP/IP.

• Experience with CDN providers such as Akamai, Fastly, or Cloudflare.

• Exposure to at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).

• Familiarity with web performance analysis (front-end and back-end).

• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps principles, security tools (WAF, IDS/IPS), and identity/authentication technologies.
