As a Product Responsible you play a key role in contributing towards securing best product from a customer perspective in connection with Global assortment strategy.

WHO YOU ARE​ 

We are looking for people to …​ 

• This role is responsible for product development, capability development and design insights to strengthen collection buying working with T1/T2 Suppliers
• Having ownership in securing product development flow and sample handling process, you seek further possibilities and opportunities in working on trends, directions, material/product missions in a global scope across production countries though based in Bangladesh in line with long term assortment strategy
• Working with the global teams you are responsible for co-executing the market development plan and supplier/product strategy on your product categories together with relevant stakeholders
• Design/fashion trend, customer trend expert in the team and works closely with Assortments, PO Merchandising, rest functions, suppliers to deliver on elevated product focus
• You act as the customer eye and work proactively to educate suppliers with customer education
• You are acting as a product representative on the ground and play an important role in problem solving
• You promote and share sustainable innovations covering both components and processes such as 3D/VSR and similar from region

AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE

• Academic background in Textile Engineering
• 10+ years industry experience with minimum of 3 to 5 years Product/Designer experiences on Kids Jersey products
• Clear T1 and T2 supplier understanding is key
• As a Product Responsible you have extensive Customer and Product knowledge, along with a very good knowledge in Price, Material, Stuk, Experience in Component Attributes, Wash and Print is preferred
• You have creative and curious mindset to adapt with speed
• Finding new ways of doing things and open for feedback
• You have keen Design and Fashion eye
• Entrepreneurial spirit, sense of ownership, independent and informal leadership
• Communication, collaboration, teamwork and stakeholder management are keys, you work hand in hand with Global Hubs to co-execute the set strategies and activities
