Job Description
As the Visual Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in curating an excellent customer journey within our store. In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to elevate the collection in a way that's both inspiring and commercially savvy, aimed at maximising both indirect and direct customer service while driving sales performance to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offering customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience
- Analysing selling information and taking responsibility for the visual direction of the store
- Leading and motivating a team of Visual Merchandiser to achieve excellent visual standard of the store
- Installing window displays
- Creating inspiring outfits and styling mannequins
- Merchandising stock on the shop floor as per company directives
- Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression
- Setting the visual merchandising standard for the store and training the team
- Being a brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers
Qualifications
We are looking for a Visual Manager for our new store opening in central Athens.

What You Need to Succeed:
Knowledge
- Understanding of the latest trends, fashion and silhouettes
- Experience working with visual-merchandising guidelines, including window display and mannequin styling
- Knowledge of operational routines in-store
- Experience taking informed VM actions based on commercial KPIs and sales data
- Able to communicate in Greek and English languages
- Experience leading a team or supervising others is an advantage

- Proven track record of delivering high standards of VM that is both commercial and inspirational
- Experience managing store VM activations including window and mannequin changes, promotional setups and season-start layouts
- Success in collaborating with other managers/colleagues to achieve store goals
