Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO​ 

As a Loyalty Specialist, you will contribute to added customer value, a strong brand, and increased sales by ensuring a strong customer insight driven Loyalty and CRM function in your market.You will work towards aligned, cross-functional goals and help drive omni-channel sales performance and customer centricity across all areas of your work, focusing on customer base growth and lifetime value. You will also lead the Loyalty program and support sales-related activities in collaboration with the Sales team, in line with H&M’s values, standards, policies, and procedures. 

You will: 

  • Drive omni-channel customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention plans based on the Regional Strategy and Planning team’s direction for your market. 
  • Be responsible for growing Member engagement and retention by executing the global Loyalty and CRM strategy, supporting customer base growth and enhanced lifetime value, and providing market insights to the Regional Team. 
  • Support the regional strategy, including benefits, services, and partnerships with external collaborators. 
  • Ensure effective loyalty activation and communication within your market, aligning with company and regional goals, information, and expectations. 
  • Coordinate and support the execution of planned activations in your market to meet defined KPIs, while facilitating the implementation of new features and functionalities. 
  • Oversee all loyalty-related activities, including program rollouts and in-store education. 
  • Act as the Area Market point of contact for loyalty topics and participate in meetings and discussions initiated by Global and Regional teams. 
  • Drive the follow-up process for Loyalty KPIs, sharing key learnings with the region to foster alignment and continuous improvement. 
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of Loyalty efforts by sharing regional insights with the Global Loyalty team. 
  • Collaborate with the full regional team to drive customer activation across all channels. 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​ 

As a Loyalty Specialist, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across market and functions. You will act as the main point of contact for Loyalty in your Area Market, regularly engaging with regional and global teams through meetings and discussions. You’ll work hand in hand with the Regional team to drive customer activation across channels, contribute to the Loyalty KPI follow-up process, and share market insights to support continuous improvement and alignment. Your role will be key in ensuring a unified and customer-centric approach across all levels of the organization. 

WHO YOU ARE​ 

We are looking for people with…​ 

  • ​ Proven experience in  Loyalty Programs and/or CRM  
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams across different geographies. 
  • Solid background in fashion or retail (e.g. CRM, Marketing, Merchandising, or Controlling), ideally within a structured organization like H&M. 
  • Fluency in English and Polish (mandatory). 
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Power BI. 
  • Experience or interest in digital/tech and omni-channel strategies. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into growth strategies. 
  • Project leadership capabilities.

This is a full-time role based on a local contract in Warsaw, Poland. The Loyalty Specialist is part of the Customer Activation Team and report to Membership Manager.
