Job Description

As a Delivery Roll out Manager you will be leading a team of Delivery roll out leads, Program and Project Managers responsible for securing efficient and successful roll outs of new tech features in our store portfolio. The Delivery Roll out Manager and team will be working close with the three Product areas within the Retail Tech value stream, as well as with the regional Retail Tech & Operations teams. This role plays a crucial part in realizing the wanted business effects in the change journey we are on, changing our customer experience and operating model of our Retail portfolio in an omni context.  

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

  • Lead the work on standardize roll out roll out planning (joint with the product areas) roll out processes, forms etc for efficient and successful roll outs 
  • Resource capacity planning of Program and delivery capacity to secure reaching Brand and unit goals 
  • Close collaboration with Business Process Lead and regional Tech & Operations Leads to build Tech & Operations community globally and efficient ways of working between global and regional teams 
  • Work hands on as Delivery lead in specific projects, approx. 40-50% of time   
  • Lead and support the team in their deliveries 
  • Competence development of team 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you are a values-driven leader with extensive +7 years background in program or project management. You have a proven track record of successful roll outs in retail environment, preferably on global level, securing business value from implementation has been achieved. You are successfully leading high-performing teams and managing change effectively.  Tech understanding is preferred.

Additional Information

This is a permanent position based in Stockholm, with a desired start date as soon as possible.
