Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Media Coordinator with ambition to develop and learn more about media and marketing in a global, fast-paced marketing organization. This role will be key to ensure efficient media operations and execution of media campaigns in our large, complex organization that requires efficient processes, communication and information sharing, both internally and externally with our partners. The Media Coordinator will highly contribute to navigate this complexity by leading administrative tasks and supporting on strategic projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage timelines, deliverables, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up of media initiatives.
- Support strategists and specialists in creation and implementation of strategic and tactical frameworks and guidelines, e.g., as part of annual strategy formulation.
- Support strategists and specialists in planning and execution of media projects and campaigns e.g., by gathering information and data, prepare presentations and reports, coordination with project stakeholders.
- Represent Media Operations in cross-team projects, briefing and coordinating deliveries and deadlines back to strategists and specialists.
- Oversee administration and user management of media buying platforms, including Meta, TikTok and Google Suite. Also, oversee administration and user management of external agency users in internal tools, including Google Analytics and Active Directory.
- Cost assign and approve media invoices from vendors in internal invoice management system. Collaborate with internal teams and vendor collections team on solving issues related to invoices such as incorrect amounts and remittance requests.
- Create structure and process for maintaining and updating Media Operations internal SharePoint/Info Hub. Ensure media documentation such as campaign reports, creative specifications and media benchmarks are collected, regularly updated and shared with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate internal media communities and communication with regional teams.
- Collaborate with external media partners to collect insights, learnings and best practices and ensure they documented and are shared with key stakeholders.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience working with digital media, preferably at a media agency.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape. Preferable working experience in the most common media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
- Experience in coordinator or project manager role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Business proficiency in English.
- Experience with working with a matrix organization is a plus.
