Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

As a Performance Media Specialist, you’re responsible for supporting all Media Channels and work closely with the Channel Leads in your function, providing expertise regarding the paid-, digital media and actively pursuing an omni-channel perspective that enables cross-channel collaboration. This involves both internal functions at H&M, within content and tech, and external partners such as media agencies and media partners. You champion specifics within a totality for paid media and help the organization succeed by ensuring media performance improves through your actions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support Channel best-practice for H&M’s operational organization
  • Support analyses through the global Test&Learn agenda and the scaling of successful test results globally
  • Guide regional H&M teams with expert advice on paid digital media in collaboration with Channel Leads and promote cross-channel optimization
  • Global oversight of regional media execution and proactive support from global H&M functions and support setting global- and regional requirements as key stakeholders of global media agencies
  • Oversee internally managed campaign process and setup for digital media outside agency scope-of-work
  • You drive improvements and actions in processes, methods and tools. You support all markets in the H&M Regions.

WHO YOU ARE​ 

We are looking for people with… 

  • Bachelor’s degree within marketing and communication or university degree of similar kind
  • Mandatory: +3 years demonstrated experience as a Marketing and/or Media specialist
  • Desirable: Experience working in a global organization and preferable from marketing agency
  • Desirable experience in digital media tools such as Web analytics: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc, and Paid media platforms: DV360, Adform, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Rakuten Advertising etc
  • Business proficiency in English.

  • Strong in analytical skills and the ability to structure data
  • You work strategically and have a business- and marketing perspective on top of your media channel know-how
  • You are comfortable with accountability and individual decision making
  • You enjoy teamwork and effectively collaborates with a group of diverse people to achieve set goals​ and targets 
  • You’re curious and adaptive to change, structured in your work and used to manage and operate in projects.
