Job Description
As the Stockroom Responsible, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our back-of-house is organised and finely tuned for optimal performance. By maintaining high standards and implementation of correction routines, you directly contribute to elevating both direct and indirect customer-service experiences. Your partnership with the management team is key to boosting profitability through smart logistics and efficient store operations. Together, we're not just running a store, but crafting an engaging and profitable store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process stock deliveries and shop floor replenishment
Create a highly organized stockroom following store operations best practices
Ensure size availability on the shop floor together with the Store Management team
Implement commercial activities including sales in the stockroom
Train all colleagues on store logistic training and best practices

What You Need to Succeed:
Knowledge
You understand what makes a great customer experience
Prior retail or customer-facing experience
Fluent in English language
Previous knowledge of back of house operation is an advantage

You enjoy working in a team and with customers
You find fulfilment in routine tasks and organising yourself and others

Proven experience in coaching the others on logistic routines
