As the Café Responsible, you ensure that your team delivers the best customer experience for everyone that visits the café. Maximize profitability, make sure the café team is up to date on products and sales activities. Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create an inspiring and engaging Café environment with a unique local feeling for customers
- Support, motivate and lead the café team to increase sales and maintain customer service levels according to guidelines
- Organise and plan according to the café concept including order routines and daily stock levels
- Promote the culture, values and mission of the café and brand as a whole.
- Driving café according to sustainability goals
- Securing concept and operating standards follow up – e.g. securing allergen information
- Securing cleaning of equipment
- Securing an efficient flow of products
- Optimizing allocation of products
- Implement sales campaigns/activities
- Support of order routines and daily stock levels – waste and loss prevention

What You Need to Succeed:
Knowledge
- You understand what makes a great customer experience
- Prior operation experience in food and beverage industry
- Fluent in Swedish and English language
