Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our multi-brand store portfolio. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality facility management services, ensuring stores meet operational standards while managing costs effectively. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance store functionality and customer experience.
- Secure high-quality facility service delivery based on agreed requirements.
- Source, contract, and manage external facility service providers, ensuring compliance.
- Monitor store portfolio conditions and take proactive actions to maintain asset longevity.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive facility plans, balancing scheduled and reactive work.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up for facility-related costs.
- Provide operational input for new stores and rebuilds, optimizing quality and cost efficiency.
- Ensure health and safety compliance for staff and customers in collaboration with security teams.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with a team of facility managers in Denmark, to ensure smooth store operations and align facility management with business objectives.
- Construction & Facilities Manager for strategic facility planning.
- Brand Sales and Operations Teams to align facility services with business needs.
- External service providers and suppliers to ensure high-quality maintenance.
- Landlords and property managers to maintain property standards and agreements.
- Local Security Department to ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a proactive problem-solver with strong coordination skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high service standards. Your ability to optimize facilities, manage suppliers, and collaborate effectively makes you an ideal fit for this role.
