Job Description
A Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit. You’ll create an environment that is easy for customers to shop through store operations and great garment care. You will also share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working environment.
Key responsibilities:
Unpack daily garment deliveries efficiently
Maintain excellent cleanliness in the warehouse
Provide great customer experience throughout the unpacking process
Actively process, stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role of Unpacking Sales Advisor, we believe you are a team player with a proactive and helpful approach, fostering collaboration and collective success. You have a positive mindset, where you are eager, optimistic and motivated when interacting with colleagues and customers. We also believe you are flexible and able to adjust to changing circumstances and customer needs, and that you can take initiatives and independently in a quick and effective way address customers’ needs. Effective time management - being stress-resistant and good at prioritization.
Have a customer service mindset where you always prioritize the customers’ needs while serving as a brand ambassador.
Have a selling mindset with the ability to approach and fulfil customer needs.
Previous experience in warehouse/stockroom work is considered an advantage, as it helps you maintain excellent cleanliness in the stockroom and unpack efficiently

Additional Information
This is a temporary position offering 25 hours a week, based in H&M Itis. The contract starts at the beginning of May and ends in the middle of August 2025. Please note that the work mainly takes place on weekdays, in the mornings.

* Store roles assessment:
