We are looking for a Digital Experience Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the execution of day-to-day operations while improving the visual experience on our online platform, specifically for the COS brand.

Job Description

• Visual Merchandising for Online Platform: Support the e-commerce team in ensuring that Product Listing Pages (PLPs) are always visually appealing and align with COS's brand guidelines through effective online visual merchandising.
• Website Detail Check: Continuously monitor the website to ensure it is free from issues, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Site Design Research: Oversee and analyze the layout, visual appearance, and overall content of the COS Japan (JP) website in comparison to other regions, helping to ensure it aligns with global standards.
• Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitors' product offerings, site structure, and promotional strategies (e.g., discounts, buy-one-get-one offers) on a weekly basis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Trend and Market Analysis: Investigate and report on market trends, identifying emerging opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the e-commerce team and other internal stakeholders to provide updates and insights, contributing to continuous improvements in the digital experience.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to assist in reporting and analysis.
• Ability to think from the customer’s perspective, translating insights into actions to improve the digital shopping experience.

This position is based in our Tokyo office.
