Job Description
As our Social Media Analyst, you will be strategic and operational - focusing on empowering the social media team with insights, tools, and frameworks to enhance content performance and drive growth across platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social platforms, their unique functions, and content formats, as well as expertise in trend scouting and predictive tools to stay ahead in a dynamic digital landscape. By integrating advanced analytics and insights into the creative process, you will ensure the team achieves excellence in reach, engagement, and overall channel performance.
Your responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:
Analytics & Insights: Analyze social media performance metrics to identify opportunities and challenges, providing actionable insights to optimize content strategies. Develop frameworks for reporting on KPIs like reach, engagement, and audience growth to guide team decisions.
Trend Scouting & Fashion Forecasting: Stay updated on emerging trends in fashion and culture, offering timely insights for content development. Scout social media trends, topics, and viral moments for the team to act on, ensuring the brand remains relevant and innovative.
Platform Expertise & Strategy: Maintain a deep understanding of the unique functions and formats of each platform (e.g., search, content feeds, Stories, Reels, TikTok, etc.). Create understanding of how to maximize the potential of each platform. Provide insights on platform updates and algorithm changes to inform team strategies and maintain growth.
Operational Excellence: Establish best practices and frameworks for content creation and measurement. Lead the adoption and integration of advanced tools and technologies to enhance team capabilities and results.
Collaboration & Support: Act as the central point of contact for social media analytics, providing the wider team with the data and insights needed to refine creative strategies. Work closely with cross-functional teams, to align social media efforts with broader brand goals & data strategies.
Qualifications
We see that you have:
- Proven experience in social media analytics with focus on performance optimization
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and content formats
- Proficiency in using advanced analytics tools to aid analysis
- Strong understanding of fashion and cultural trends, with a passion for trend forecasting
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate findings
- Excellent communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

- Quality and timeliness of insights and recommendations provided to the team
- Successful identification and integration of trends into social media strategies
- Platform performance optimization and alignment with updated algorithms

This is a full-time permanent position and is based on-site in our Head Offices in Stockholm.
