Job Description
As an Integrated Marketing Lead in the Customer Activation and Marketing function, you develop holistic marketing plans to drive the acquisition, growth, and engagement of target customers in Region Americas. You work cross-functionally to ensure that these plans are built, optimized, and implemented across the full customer journey, maximizing all channels & touchpoints. You have a strong brand, marketing, and commercial focus to drive omni sales performance and customer loyalty through close collaboration with key stakeholders regionally and globally.
This hybrid role reports directly to our Regional Customer Planning & Strategy Manager and will be based in New York, NY.
A Day in the Life
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*
- Leverage global plans, customer data, commercial objectives, and channel performance data to build omni, integrated marketing and communication plans for the region that incorporate media, loyalty, CRM, influencer, and PR-driven actions to optimize the customer experience, maximize return on investments, and drive profitable growth
- Coordinate across channels and channel owners, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand message. Ensure consistent brand experience across both all touchpoints, creating unified customer journey across relationship phases in alignment with commercial objectives
- Partner with brand & media insights, channel owners, and agency partners, as needed, to drive follow-up on execution of plans and to formulate any proposed actions needed; partner with controlling and channel owners to optimize budgets and investments based on analysis and recommendations
- Serve as key POC (Point of Contact) to the Omni Sales Team leaders for all marketing planning, updates, and follow-ups to ensure visibility to the integrated marketing plans and supporting actions
- Serve as a key leader in setting and driving the marketing plans, guiding stakeholders to make informed, data-backed decisions that align with overall business objectives
Qualifications
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or Statistics
- 8+ years of experience across Marketing, Customer Insights, CRM, or Consulting
- Informal leader who can coordinate deliverables and align incentives across teams with a track record of leading cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and securing alignment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
- Able to set clear objectives, devise actionable strategies, and optimize plans based on data
- Strong project manager with ability to start and manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Experience working with MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) and media analytics; experience with influencer marketing a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Experience in integrated marketing at a B2C (Business-to-Consumer) company
- Familiarity with data management and visualization systems such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word capabilities

Compensation: salary range is $145,954 – $167,851**
