Software Engineer - E-commerce Transformation

Job Description

We are looking for an e-commerce expert with system and architectural knowledge to join our team within the Application Platform Online Area to support and drive changes in complex system movements, containing Business opportunity and Architectural improvements on a Global scale contributing to H&M’s digital journey. 

Our mission is to maintain and evolve the Online Platforms, protecting and improving online channel revenue and develop the customer offer. You will be working in a dynamic environment with different short- and long-term initiatives.  

Key responsibilities: 

  • Maintain a comprehensive technical and architectural understanding of our e-commerce platform solutions. 
  • Provide expertise when major changes are made and rolled out. 
  • Drive the delivery of technical solutions, working collaboratively with cross functional teams, daily interact with developers, architects, product managers and sales professionals. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we see that you have experience working as a solution or software architect with a strong background in e-commerce. You should also be proficient in designing business processes and managing project delivery. 

What you need to succeed: 

  • Proven experience in managing complex e-commerce deliveries and system integrations.
  • Strong organisational, coordination and communication skills.
  • A customer centric mindset. 
  • Understanding of global-scale project implementation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. 
  • Agile mindset and adaptability

It is good if you have experience in: 

  • Hybris/SAP Commerce 
  • Development and technical leadership experience 
  • Experience with large, global organizations 
  • Information or data modelling 

Additional Information

This is a fulltime permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an on-site position, based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden.
