Job Description

Your responsibilities:

Content coordination – Store Communications 

• Stay close contact with global team to understand in detail the updated global store communications strategy, guidelines & placements for printed material and 

• Being the key contact of instore communication, brief & coordinate local POS assets requirements for campaign, activity, store open & closure needs with local production agency, regional Production hub, NCG team and local Content Editor 

• Collect input and feedback from stores and Visual team around the in-store communications material and asset allocation and share with relevant stakeholders 

 

Content coordination – Paid Media 

 • Brief & coordinate media assets requirements and needs with local Media agency, regional Production hub and local Content Editor 

• Point of contact for Media agency when it comes to ad formats and assets  

• Close collaboration with Global Brand Marketing & Business Units (Production Managers) to secure full understanding of the paid media campaigns 

 

Daily content & agency management 

• Based on global guidelines and brand tone of voice, proofread all translated copy and make necessary adjustments to secure a relevant message for customers in the local market 

• Be fully immersed in the local daily customer communications plan and stay informed in detail about the latest global channel strategies, brand identity, tone of voice, playbooks, formats and templates 

• Closely collaborate with Regional Production hub and manage external agencies to ensure best delivery time, quality and cost efficiency 

  • Work closely with team members to get input from content production lead and work closely with content editor and copywriter to ensure a consistent content presentation in omni channel 

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE 

Education 

• Marketing or relevant degree/qualifications – if not, at least 3 years of experience in retail marketing, copy/art, content roles in agency or client side (preferably fashion) 

Skills 

• Great language skills in native language and English 

• Have worked with retail marketing, preferably instore materials and printing POS 

• Good understanding of fashion industry, marketing content and digital channels 

• Structured, organized and efficient 

• Good communication skill and result driven 

Experience 

• Retail marketing specialist/Copywriter/Art/Designer from fashion retail and/or agency 

• At least 3 years of working experience in above areas 

• Have experience from handling instore material, fashion copy and artworks for store channel 

• Have experience from coordinating with many stakeholders and team
