Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As CS Sales Market Coordinator your primary​ responsibility is to work with all operational CS topics in a specific sales market(s).​
  • You deal with complaint handling,making sure we both work proactive as well as reactive with improvement​ processes.​
  • You are responsible for all CS trainings in your market and make sure they cover all platforms and sales​channels.You asses training needs,create trainings and  plan for execution.​
  • By securing that all our customer facing policies and​ terms and conditions are they best they can be you​ work together with the sales market and region to align,  evaluate and update in all sales channels

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • With E-COM profile or experience for at least 5 years.
  • Douyin or PDD background, practice in both of platforms will be a plus.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Fluent in Chinese mandarin and simplified Chinese.
  • Fluent in English; both written and spoken.
  • Skill of MS office.

Competency

  • Previous experience from E-COM territory is a merit.
  • A genuine interest in online customer service operations and in driving improvements proactively
  • A mindset where the customer experience always is at top of your mind.
  • Ability for strategic thinking and planning as well as decision making.
  • Team player but also comfortable working independently.
  • Supply management experience is required.
