In this position you will be focusing on the product categories; underwear, swimwear, nightwear and loungewear. As a Junior Product Developer for the Women’s collection at H&M, you will play a key role in supporting the Product Developer with a wide range of tasks, including daily communication with our production offices, assortment planning, and sample handling. You’ll help manage product development processes and assist in analyzing current and upcoming fashion and material trends. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for organizing fitting sessions, ensuring the best fit and quality for our products. 

We are looking for someone with a strong business sense, customer focus, and a deep passion for fashion. You should be highly motivated to create the best products, with a solid understanding of materials. Strong multitasking skills and a proactive mindset are essential to this role, as is the ability to take ownership of tasks. 

To succeed, you’ll need to be organized, capable of managing time efficiently, and focused on creating value even in a fast-paced environment. You should be analytical, sales-driven, and committed to working collaboratively as part of a team. 

We are looking for someone who: 

• Preferably has experience as a Junior Buyer, Buyer Assistant, or Junior Product Developer. 

• Is passionate about women’s fashion and driven to create exceptional products. 

• Has a strong interest in fashion and trends, with a particular enthusiasm for underwear, swimwear, nightwear, and loungewear. 

• Preferably bring experience and competence in product development. 

• Is ambitious, driven, and goal-oriented.  

• Highly organized and skilled at coordinating multiple tasks, acting as the central point of contact to ensure smooth collaboration across teams. 

• Possesses strong sales instincts and is always looking for opportunities for growth and profitability. 

• Is a team player with a flexible attitude. 

• Sees opportunities for improvement and embraces simple, effective solutions. 

• Proactive in taking the initiative. 

This is a full-time temporary contract with a start date as soon as possible, located in Stockholm.
