Job Description

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the results of a single store, with a focus on delivering great customer experiences that increase revenue and profitability. Your leadership will be critical when it comes to leading a dedicated team in daily store operations. By prioritizing both direct interactions and behind-the-scenes support, you create an environment where all customers feel valued and every aspect of the business contributes to success and ultimately maximizes profit.

Although no day is the same, your tasks usually include the following:

  • Ensuring the best possible customer service through styling advice, product knowledge and an excellent in-store shopping experience
  • Analysis of sales data and responsibility for the sales development of the store
  • Management and motivation of a team of managers, visual merchandisers and salespeople with the aim of offering the highest quality of service
  • Management of the recruitment process, organization of induction and training of new employees
  • Identification of potential talents and creation of plans to promote their development
  • Monitoring of business processes
  • Designing a workplace where all employees feel comfortable

What you need to Succeed:  

  • Approximately 1 year working as a manager within a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, train and develop a team
  • Customer focused
  • Self-motivated & Positive
  • Adaptable
  • A genuine interest in others
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent commercial abilities and interest in fashion, retail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and evenings when required

Additional Information

This is a Full-time position offering 40 hours a week

Compensation: $86,000-$97,000 annually*
