• Oversee daily operations of internal and external public relations activities.
• Plan, organize, and manage local brand events and press days, ensuring all event logistics are secured and executed smoothly.
• Work closely with the Regional PR & Marketing Team to set goals and contribute to an efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with PR agencies and the in-house showroom to effectively manage media inquiries.
• Evaluate and oversee the assessment of PR performance through seasonal reporting.
• Cultivate and enhance media relationships in Korea to maximize brand visibility and coverage.
• Manage all media inquiries, coordinating between PR agencies and in-house teams to ensure consistent messaging and prompt responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, and Expansion, to ensure that PR and marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
• Support the execution of 360-degree brand campaigns and key selling moments in the commercial plan to drive brand awareness, acquire new customers, and increase traffic.

What you need to succeed

• Experience in a similar role within the fashion, jewelry, beauty, or PR agency sectors.
• Strong track record of working with PR agencies.
• Highly organized with strong project and budget management skills.
• A proactive attitude and commitment to continuously enhancing business practices to achieve our goals.
• Knowledgeable about the Korean media landscape, including emerging influencers and key media trends.

This is a 1-year contract based at our Korea Office.

In this role you will have some flexibility to work remotely however due to the high level of cross department collaborations much of your time will be spent in our amazing office in Korea.
