Job Description

As a Studio Manager within ARKET Brand & Communication you are staff responsible for the Studio team and responsible to drive, enable and develop ARKETs production and budget in the inhouse Photo Studio. You align brand creative and strategic direction with business objectives and contribute with creative solutions to inspire the ARKET customer and community.  Reports to Creative Content & Studio Manager.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

  • Set visions, goals, and strategies together with other leads within Brand & Communication.
  • Develop, set, and secure method, quality, and organization for production of the visual e-commerce content that can be used both on site and in traffic driving channels.
  • Lead the studio team towards set goals.
  • Contribute to evaluating, developing, and improving working processes and collaboration.
  • Manage budget distribution, negation, and reporting.
  • Creating an engaging and creative environment internally through an inspiring and involving leadership.
  • As staff responsible you are responsible for being compliant to company policies and local legislation to secure and protect employee relations and experience.

  • Experience of leadership role within Brand & Communications.
  • Experience in driving photo studios and from photo productions.
  • Experience of leading, motivating, and coaching teams to reach shared goals.
  • Ability to communicate direction and strategy, prioritize and take decisions to reach goals.
  • Genuine interest of all disciplines and trends within the fashion, lifestyle, popular culture & creative field.

Additional Information

This is a temporary position, 1 year maternity cover, starting in ASAP and is based at ARKET’s Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden. If you feel your experience, skills and ambitions are right for this role, please send in your resume (no need for cover letter) in English, latest by 10th of October.
